Step Twelve: Easing
Easing is term that refers the speed that an animation moves. It can move at a constant speed (no easing) or accelerate of decelerate. These are called Ease In and Ease Out.

Ease Out - Slows Down
To use the Ease effect:
Select Frame 1 of a Motion Tween.
Ease In is negative and Ease Out is positive.
Drag the Graph line to change the Ease.
